       Adult Community Peer               Grief Support Group                          

Our peer grief support groups provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our meeting is the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30p.m. at Neighbors Together located at 2105 Cosgrove Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405 in the rear of the building.

 

In School 1on1 Grief Mentoring

The youth mentorship program provides 1-on-1 support to youth dealing with a loss by offering them a safe space to process feelings, learn coping skills and to know they are not alone in their journey.
